The first days of the semester are quite crowded at the university, so the International Office plans the registration date and time for each student in order to avoid the long lines. In one month after the indicated deadline of this form VMU International Office will inform you about your registration date and time at the International Office.

In order to make the adaptation process of incoming students at the University easier, the Mentors’ Programme has been established. A mentor is a student of Vytautas Magnus University who has international and intercultural experience and will be there to help you:
• Contacts you by e-mail 2 weeks before the beginning of semester;
• Meets you at the Kaunas station/airport and accompanies you to reach your residence place;
• Assist you in orientation at the University and in Kaunas;
• Helps in everyday matters and making new friends.

The deadlines for submitting this form:
- July 15th (for autumn semester studies)
- December 15th (for spring semester studies)
